Our services
xUpwork provides Upwork profile optimization, including profile audits, copywriting, portfolio restructuring, and proposal templates. We provide guidance and deliverables; we do not guarantee that you will be hired for any specific project.

xUpwork is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork Global Inc. “Upwork” is a trademark of its respective owner. All work we perform is intended to comply with Upwork's Terms of Service.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your profile.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before they are published to your account.
- You must not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Payments
Fees are described on our pricing page and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Money-back guarantee
If you apply our recommended changes and do not see a measurable increase in profile views and invites within 30 days, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made in writing and include reasonable evidence that the changes were applied.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for your profile. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and frameworks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xUpwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated. You may stop using our services at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
